In this new release, FireMon builds on its commitment to help customers automate heavy manual processes and eliminate misconfiguration errors that lead to unplanned downtime, compliance violations, or security exposure.
Key new features include:
- New integrations: Provides new integrations and full support for the VMware NSX-T virtualized network security platform for global hybrid storage environments and A10 Thunder and Lightning ™ Application Delivery Controller (ADC).
- Improved capabilities of the management station: A new basis for policy changes has been created for management stations and the devices connected to them. It is now possible to organize and continuously validate policy changes for pre-deployment of dependent devices (“children”) without encountering cumbersome locks triggered by global policy changes.
- Improved platform support: Extends support for Fortinet Hyperscale and FortiOS 6.2 and 6.4, verified support for PANOS 10.X from Palo Alto, normalization of URL categories for Palo Alto and Zscaler, plus over 25 additional enhancements.
